1.3 Ongoing Projects
Once work on a project has begun, cancellations or service switches (e.g., exchanging one service for another) are not permitted. We do not offer postponements or service switches for ongoing projects.
2. Order Revision Policy
2.1 Revisions for Unsatisfactory Deliverables
If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or specifications, you may request a revision. We will make the necessary changes to ensure the project meets your expectations. Revisions will be completed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the complexity of the changes required.
2.2 Refund for Failed Deliverables
If, after multiple revisions, the deliverables still do not meet the agreed-upon standards, you may request a partial or full refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and the stage of the project.
2.3 Technical Issues
If a service or deliverable becomes obsolete due to technical reasons (e.g., a Google algorithm update), we will pause the project and offer you an equivalent service or a refund, depending on your preference.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once work has begun:
Custom web design and development.
Graphics design projects.
Video editing services.
Any service where significant resources have already been allocated.
